Xander's Photos

My name is Xander Deccio and I am a internationally published photographer/artist shooting for publications Buzznet.com, DOOM! Magazine, Alternative Press, AMP Magazine, and Hails and Horns. Currently I'm majoring in Information Technology at Colorado State. I have been in the Pacific Northwest music scene for little over 6 years and have been doing photography for little over 12 years. I mainly cover Seattle, Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Yakima, Washington. And Portland, Oregon.

Originally starting out as a promoter, I ventured off into concert photography after the urging of my longtime mentor Island Jenn. After my first year of shooting shows, i started writing reviews and did interviews with bands and artist as well as shoot concerts. Recently I have started using my journalistic traits in the technology field. I have been featured with various publications including AMP Magazine, Hails and Horns, Fender, Australian Hysteria, Alternative Press and Entercom stations KNDD 107.7 The End and 99.9 KISW. My work has also been featured on CBS affiliate KIMA 29 and Townsquare Media stations 94.5 KATS, 92.9 The Bull, and 107.3 KFFM out of Yakima, WA.
